Al Mazaya Real Estate is a property developer established in 1998 which started full operations in 2004 in Kuwait. Tapping into both the Kuwait and Dubai Stock Markets, the group has ventured in various real estate products and services. Today, it has established its real estate subsidiary in Dubai Healthcare City. The firm specializes in different services including real estate development, projects management and marketing management among others. The group envisions to expand its investment basket and enhancement in both Kuwait and Dubai Markets, as well as other GCC economies.
